Continuing our commitment to housing, the Community Foundation purchased the former Hankey Lumber parcel in Petoskey in May 2022. With the property preserved for 金刚极速弹珠赛跑官网 Foundation continues to work alongside Haan Development of Harbor Springs and Northern Homes Community Development Corporation to advance the 60-apartment Lofts at Lumber Square development, set to begin construction in early 2024.

We’re supporting community partners in creating sustainable child care solutions for local families.
Our early investments in local food initiatives have helped grow today’s vibrant local food system.
These charitable-minded folks, while no longer with us, continue to have a major impact through the legacies they started as members of the John S. Clark Legacy Society. Twenty-seven funds with a current asset value of over $14.6 million dollars, are hard at work making a difference in Emmet County.
